1. Bookings & Deposits

All bookings require a deposit to secure your date and time.

All deposits are non-refundable.
By making a booking, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

  1. Postponement Policy

    We understand that plans can change.

    Bookings may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.
    Rescheduled bookings must be used within 6 months of the original booking date.
    All rescheduled bookings are subject to availability.

    Requests made with less than 48 hours’ notice may not be accommodated.

    3. No Shows

    If you do not attend your booking without prior notice rescheduled will not be allowed 

  2. Cancellations


Deposits are non-refundable in all circumstances.
In exceptional situations, we may offer a reschedule at our discretion.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

5. Participation & Safety

 

All participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
Navan Adventure Centre reserves the right to refuse admission or remove participants where behaviour is unsafe or disruptive.
Certain activities may have age, height, or health restrictions.

Participation is at your own risk.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

Navan Adventure Centre shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury sustained during participation, except where caused by our negligence.
Personal belongings are brought on-site at your own risk.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot be excluded under Irish law.

7. Website Use

While we aim to ensure accuracy, we do not guarantee:
