Walk-ins are welcome for Football Golf, Mini Golf, and Pedal Go-Karting.
Advance booking is essential for all packages, seasonal events, parties, camps, school tours, and group bookings.

Yes. A small deposit secures your booking, with the balance typically paid on the day. Specific details are in your booking confirmation.
Absolutely! Vouchers can be used for full or part payment. Just email us the voucher number and we’ll guide you through how to apply it to your booking.
For standard activities and parties, you can move your booking (and keep your deposit) if you cancel more than 48 hours in advance.
Cancellations within 48 hours may result in loss of deposit.
One-off events (e.g. Halloween, Easter, Christmas) have a no-refund policy — full terms are on each event page.
If we cancel due to red weather warnings, you’ll be offered a reschedule or voucher.

Camps & Seasonal Events
Yes. We design events for children aged 5 to 11, with a mix of calm and active play.
Yes! Events like NeuroFest and sensory-friendly sessions at Halloween include lower capacity, reduced sound, no flashing lights, and a Quiet Zone.

Hen, Stag & Team Building
Yes! Choose activity-only or full overnight packages including hotel stay, meals, transport, and up to 3 hours of activities. We tailor the experience to your group.
We run 2- and 3-hour adult packages, or can create a full-day itinerary on request. Popular with clubs, workplaces, and youth groups.
Weather, Safety & What to Bring
Most activities continue rain or shine!
We have indoor and covered options.
Only in extreme weather (red warning) will we postpone.
Please dress for the weather and bring a full change of clothes (especially for kids).
Yes. Our Garda-vetted, trained team supervise all activities and follow strict safety procedures. First aid staff are always on site.

Dress comfortably for outdoor play.
Closed-toe footwear is essential.
Bring a spare change of clothes and socks — especially for inflatable or water-based activities.

Yes.
You can bring a picnic for Family fun (can not bring own food for birthday parties/hens/stags/Team bonding) only students can bring a packed lunch when with school/youth group. Birthday cakes are okay.
Yes! Hot food is available from local vendors during our large events or via supermacs.
We only have a small amount of lockers, for large group our bag storage area is used (not locked)
Yes — lots of free parking available for cars and buses.
Sorry, no dogs allowed for health and safety reasons — except service dogs.
Supervision & Policies
- No, adult supervision is required unless your child is attending a drop-off Kids Camp.
- A parent or guardian must stay on-site for all other visits, including parties and packages.
Yes — we are fully insured. No waiver is needed, but a brief disclaimer is required to confirm you are covered.
