We strive to provide clarity on all inquiries regarding our services

Yes, you can pay using a voucher by putting the voucher code into the discount code section when booking. If you have any problems please email us info@navanadventurecentre.ie 

This is a non-refundable event. If you can’t attend, you may pass your ticket on to someone else.

  • If the event is cancelled due to a red weather warning, you’ll receive a voucher for the full ticket value (excluding booking fee).
  • If you can’t attend, tickets are non-refundable. You’re welcome to pass them on or resell.

If the event is cancelled (e.g. red weather warning), you’ll receive a full-value voucher (excluding booking fee) to use on any future activity or event. Inflatables may be paused in high winds, but all other activities will run unless deemed unsafe.
